LEARN TO FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED
Following on the heels of his smash hit series “Starting a Club Track with Live 9″, Timothy Allan is back with the sequel, “Finishing a Club Track with Live 9″. In this series, Timothy shows you how to arrange and finalize the beats and grooves created in the first series and make it sound like a world-class club track. Timothy even includes the Live session file and samples so you can work and experiment along with him.
Timothy begins with a short video on what you can expect, and then reviews the sounds and elements he’ll be using to build the track up. Beginning with the intro section, Timothy puts the track together piece by piece, and builds risers, a ‘bass bomb’ and adds all the different elements for the melodic section.
Then it’s time to transition into the gritty tough part of the track, followed by the breakdown, another drop and finally the outro section. Throughout your production journey Timothy utilizes Live 9′s envelopes, processing and automation, including Live 9′s new curved automation features.
“Lazy Eye” is the third single from Silversun Pickups’ debut album Carnavas. The band performed the song on the Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Later With Jools Holland, and Last Call with Carson Daly. The song is a playable track on Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero: World Tour.

Timothy Zachery Mosley (born March 10, 1971), better known by his stage name Timbaland, is an American record producer, songwriter and rapper. Timbaland’s first full credit production work was in 1996 on Ginuwine…the Bachelor for R&B singer Ginuwine. His work ranges from Aaliyah, Ginuwine, Missy Elliott, as well as other R&B artists of the mid-90′s, to Jay-Z, LL Cool J, Ludacris, and other hip-hop artists of the early and mid-2000s.
